FINANCIAL CONTROLLER?
I’m looking for a Financial Controller for a fast-growing, ambitious organization in Eindhoven. Do you not only understand the numbers but also want to help drive the continued growth of this organization? Then I’m looking for you. You’ll play a key role—in short, not one where you’re solely focused on management reports and month-end closings. You’ll have opportunities to contribute ideas on structure, processes, organizational development, and the future of the company. Grow with the company and eventually advance to a role such as CFO.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Salary between €6,500 and €7,500 gross per month (based on a 40-hour workweek), excluding customary benefits such as vacation pay, pension, and the like.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the General Manager (someone with a background in sales, marketing, and business development) to further professionalize the company;
- The opportunity to take on more and more operational responsibilities;
- Don’t just be the Controller who offers advice from the sidelines; take the initiative to tackle issues yourself and set up processes;
- Implementing improvements;
- Achieving results together with the team.

WHAT WE OFFER
- Up to 7,500 gross per month based on full-time employment, excluding customary benefits such as 8% vacation pay and the like.
